DevAlly (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital services including web development, app development, AI automations (n8n), digital marketing, and related consulting.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our services.
By hiring DevAlly, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Our services involve custom development, design work, and strategy building.
Since each project requires dedicated time, planning, and resource allocation, refunds are limited and follow strict conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Upfront Deposits
All upfront payments or booking deposits are non-refundable, under all circumstances, because:
- Project planning begins immediately
- Resources are allocated
- Time is reserved exclusively for your project
2.2 Full Project Payments
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed work
- Work already initiated
- Delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals, hosting access, etc.)
- Client changing their mind after work has started
- Third-party failures (APIs, hosting, integrations, plugins, etc.)
2.3 Partial Refund Cases (Rare & Conditional)
A partial refund may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet begun
- No resources, planning, or preparation have been allocated
This is solely at DevAlly’s discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you cancel the project:
- All payments made to date are non-refundable
- You are responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date
- No files, drafts, or deliverables will be provided unless payment is fully cleared
3.2 DevAlly-Initiated Cancellation
DevAlly may cancel a project due to:
- Non-payment
- Repeated delays in client approvals
- Client providing inaccurate or harmful information
- Unethical or illegal project intentions
- Abusive or hostile communication
- Or some internal issues (which will be communicated with the client beforehand)
In these cases:
- No refunds will be issued
- Work completed remains the property of DevAlly until payment is completed
4. Delivery & Acceptance of Work
Once work is delivered:
- Clients have 7 days to review and request revisions
- After approval, the project is considered accepted and finalized
- Any changes requested after final approval will be charged separately
No refunds apply once deliverables are approved.
5. Service-Specific Refund Terms
5.1 Web & App Development
No refunds for:
- Development work started or completed
- Design drafts created
- Hosting/domain issues outside DevAlly’s control
5.2 AI Automations (n8n / API Integrations)
No refunds for:
- Workflow setup
- API integration work
- Errors caused by third-party platforms or rate limits
5.3 Digital Marketing
No refunds for:
- Ads budget spent
- Strategy work completed
- Content written or designed
5.4 Consulting
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is booked.
6. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for:
- Domains
- Hosting
- Third-party APIs
- Premium plugins
- Licenses
- Subscription tools
are non-refundable, as these are outside our control.
7. Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned.
No refunds will be issued.
Reactivation may require additional payment.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud
If a client initiates a false chargeback:
- All related work is halted immediately
- Legal action may be taken
- Client will be liable for any losses or penalties incurred
9. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

Include:
- Full name
- Project details
- Reason for the request
We respond within 5–7 business days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the updated date.
